OPC Traubenkerne

Traubenkernextrakt oder OPC.

Viele von Ihnen spucken die Kerne aus oder wählen bei der Traubenwahl eine kernlose Variante. Sie sollten es vielleicht besser nicht tun, hier sind einige Fakten:

Traubenkerne enthalten viel OPC.

OPC Robert Franz

English Version:

Grape Seed Extract or OPC:

Many of you spit the pits or rather choose a seedless variation when eating grapes.

You should not, here are some facts:
Grape seeds contain high amounts of natural OPC. Oligomere ProanthoCyanidines natural occurs in many parts of plants like bark, seeds and leaves to protect the liquids and oils against oxidation. So you can get a high value protection substance (antioxidant) by just eating grape seeds, the best natural provider of OPC.
An antioxidant is a molecule that inhibits a chemical reaction (oxidation) that can produce free radicals, leading to other chemical reactions that may damage cells.
Other interesting dietary antioxidant substances are vitamin A, C and E.

I did not find a smart answer for why the farming industry grows seedless fruits.

OPC Robert Franz

But what I know is, if nobody buys any of those seedless things and products involved with that, they will become useless.
Old on, there was one thing:
The taste of seeds can be very bitter. Our diets and foods are almost free of bittern. And that is what the food industry has followed up with.
But the fact that bittern improves your digestion and good health starts with good digestion. A good digestion has a higher ranking as might have thought about.
Fact: Get used to the bitter taste to boost your health!

Go for grapes, organic grapes!

Wild Blackberry

Berries do contain loads of vitamins, minerals and fibres. They are rich in vitamin D, folic acid and manganese. Furthermore they provide cancer killing carotenoid, tannin and quercetin als well as eye protecting lutein. Similar to apple seeds, berry seeds are a great source of vitamine B17.
Specially wild collected berries are more rich in content and build up a uber smart alternative to Pokémon Go.

Fact: The can do everything, grows everywhere for free, is yummy and should be eaten as much as possible.

The Art Of Superfood – Microgreens.

Did you ever ask yourself why is what, when, where, how often is happening – without any productive answer? Welcome to philosophy.
We are what we eat is a way of believing. One of many. But it seems, it’s closest to reality. Look around!

If you look at the images of pea sprouts, the probably most simple micro greens you can home grow, you will find a idea of what it means: The seeds are super cheap to buy and they will germinate and grow very fast, are high on nutritions and look extremely beautiful. Depending where you get your seeds from, make sure it’s most possible way organic. You only need whole green peas, soak them over night in water and next day you can plant the peas into soil and keep them humid. Don’t be overeager but in 10++ days later you’ll find a crowd of stalks full of energy, power and soul. Imagine, you did discover the opposite of junk food! Optically, physically and tasty you won’t find another comparable edible or food product close to micro greens. Microgreens are common veggies and herbs, harvested quite early. Therefore full of vitamins, minerals and yummy. The taste reminds mostly on the plants outgrown fruit.

Why superfood?
Imagine that: A seed contains all informations, a plant needs to have from begin to grow big and reproduce. Also a very strict protection modus is operating before, during and little after the germination. Be aware. But once, the plant has grown a certain level of stages, it becomes free and that is the time to get attracted by us. Now we can become part of the energy and information flow. The more careful we feed with positive energy and rinse the seed, the more generated energy we will be able to find. That is real holistic.

Who is perfect?
HA ha! The moment you won’t regret might be an answer. But if we look at microgreens, there is a list of rocket, mustard, salad, beetroot, variations of cabbage, radish, coriander, dill, basil, cress, carrots, peas or even cervil seeds of being appropriate and suitable to become a decent one. Where ever you think, it’s the place to grow your own ones, do it. Use mixed manure soil for best results. A research has proved that pea sprouts are high in protein.

Fresh as possible!
Once you harvest your tiny but huge vitamin factories, you got to consume them straight away to keep the power alive!

Have a try!

Konichiwa, mi amigos.

Take off with a Japanese and mediterranean influenced Matcha tea set up.
Benefits from several places of the world are combined in this:

• Matcha tea with cashew milk and cinnamon.
That recipe is irresistible easy to make, high on chlorophyll and full of antioxidants. Due to the caffein, have maximal one cup a day. And remember, the tea is high concentrated on elements including the buying price. Look for quality products – as always in life. Half a tea spoon per serving is by far enough.
Caution: If you are tired, Matcha tea is no long lasting solution. You think, the caffeine boosts your power. But it does not, it just plays a movie with your mind. Biological you are living on a body credit with a high interest rate, what will be paid back and you won’t get around that. Caffeine does not replace high nutritional food and sleep!
• Sun dried tomatoes dip with fresh herbs and olive oil. A great flavory vitamin B1, B6, C, E, potassium and carotene boost in one. Dried veggies also have a high concentration in minerals and vitamins. You just need “some”.
The tomato flavor with salted, fresh herbs is world class good and fits to almost everything tasty.

To brew Matcha tea, use water round 80°C and a battery powered blender stick to gain loads of foam.

Self made cashew milk can be quick and simple done in a Vitamix. Use a cup of cashews, water, some dates and little honey or xylitol for sweetness.
Xylit sugar replacement:

The dip also is a Vitamix result of sun dried tomatoes, olive oil, oregano leaves, basil, rosemary and a garlic clove, himalaya salt and some water for the right consistency.
Olive Oil:
Basil and other herbs: Grown your own 🙂

This mixture is nutrition wise beyond, simple, extra yummy and quite reasonable.
